The 'WHO WANT REC' roller skate battle series is a group of events and skates parties produced and hosted by Lit Nation and Good Foot Skates, where we foster and promote the art of style/rhythm skating, thru 'rec' aka battles aka competition. 

These friendly but intense competitions pit skills against skills, on levels not normally seen during your average skate nights. It's skaters of like styles and opposite styles looking to elevate their skills, status, regional style and names to the top of the elite skaters list of the world, and we've created a series to bring it to the masses.

Any one who can skate can compete, but this is at the elite level and it's an open format. Choose your style or styles, register, pay and show up to prove yourself. The current divisions for the Kansas City event are the following.

JB Battle (solo) $500 First place

Snap Battle (solo with one anchor) $500 First place

Trios/Trains Battle (min 3 skaters, max 5 skaters) $750 First place 

Spin Battle (solo) $500 First place 

Winner Takes All- Middle Work Battle - (solo) $3000
